Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the accounting function, including financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
- Prepare accurate and timely financials that adhere to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards(IFRS)
- Manage the financial closing process and consolidation of financial statements.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, generate reports, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage cash flow and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet financial obligations.
- Prepare tax returns and ensure tax compliance.
- Establish and maintain strong internal control to safeguard assets.
- Communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
