Winfred Kathina Robert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology and has obtained certifications in project management, data collection using KOBO Toolbox, and data analysis using STATA, SPSS, SAS, EPI INFO, and R.

She brings over seven years of experience in various domains, including research and surveys, where she excels in conducting baseline, feasibility, customer satisfaction, and employee and work environment surveys. She is also experienced in project management, monitoring and evaluation. Her expertise extends to strategic management, involving the development and review of strategic plans, strategies, policies, and charters.

She is also skilled in human resource management, including recruitment, job evaluation, salary surveys, and organizational structure review. Additionally, she is experienced in business development and customer relationship management with skills in developing tender proposals, sales, marketing and customer service.
